Please read these Terms carefully, including the arbitration agreement and class action waiver in Section 9. By using IslamIQ Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to IslamIQ Pro. These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and EigenThink AI L.L.C., a California limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the IslamIQ Pro mobile application or website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Services

IslamIQ Pro provides the following features:

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the Service.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities that occur under your account.

4. AI Disclaimers and Limitations

CRITICAL DISCLAIMER

ISLAMIQ PRO AI IS PROVIDED FOR EDUCATIONAL AND INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.

The AI features are:

✗NOT a substitute for consultation with qualified Islamic scholars
✗NOT a fatwa (religious ruling) service
✗NOT a replacement for personal religious guidance
✗NOT authoritative religious opinions

4.1 AI Limitations and Potential Errors

You acknowledge and understand that AI-generated content:

•May contain errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or outdated information
•May not accurately represent all scholarly opinions on disputed matters
•May produce "hallucinations" (fabricated or incorrect information)
•Should NOT be relied upon for critical religious decisions
•May not reflect any specific school of Islamic jurisprudence (madhab)

4.2 User Responsibility

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR:

✓Verifying all religious information with qualified Islamic scholars
✓Making your own informed decisions about religious matters
✓Not treating AI responses as authoritative religious rulings
✓Consulting local scholars for personal religious questions

4.3 No Scholar-User Relationship

Use of IslamIQ Pro AI does NOT create:

•A scholar-student relationship
•A mufti-mustafti (religious questioner) relationship
•Any advisory or fiduciary relationship

4.4 Sensitive Topics

For matters involving marriage, divorce, financial transactions, inheritance, ritual obligations, or medical-related religious questions:

YOU MUST consult qualified Islamic scholars in your local community.

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

✗Use the Service for any illegal purpose
✗Misrepresent AI-generated content as authoritative religious rulings
✗Present AI responses as fatwa or official Islamic legal opinions
✗Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
✗Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
✗Interfere with or disrupt the Service
✗Share your account credentials with others
✗Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, functionality, and software, is owned by EigenThink AI L.L.C. and is protected by intellectual property laws.

The text of the Holy Quran and authentic Hadith collections are considered public domain Islamic heritage. Our specific presentation, formatting, translations, and accompanying features are proprietary.

You retain ownership of User Content you create. By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content in connection with the Service.

7. Warranty Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING:

Accuracy: We do not warrant that AI responses, prayer times, Qibla direction, or any information is accurate, complete, or current

Reliability: We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
•
Religious Correctness: We do not warrant that any content aligns with any particular school of Islamic thought
•
Fitness for Purpose: We do not warrant that the Service is suitable for any particular purpose

Prayer Time Accuracy

Prayer time calculations are based on mathematical algorithms and may vary from local mosque times. They should be verified with local Islamic authorities. We are not responsible for missed prayers due to any inaccuracies.

8. Limitation of Liability

MAXIMUM LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

(a) The amounts you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, OR
(b) One Hundred Dollars ($100 USD)

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

✗Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
✗Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
✗Spiritual harm from incorrect religious information
✗Religious decisions made based on AI-generated content
✗Missed prayers or religious obligations due to Service inaccuracies
✗Reliance on any information obtained through the Service
✗Service interruptions or unavailability

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

9.2 Binding Arbitration

YOU AND EIGENTHINK AI L.L.C. AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL BE RESOLVED THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION.

• Arbitrator's decision is final and binding

9.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AGREE TO RESOLVE DISPUTES ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

9.4 Opt-Out Right

You may opt out of the arbitration agreement by sending written notice within 30 days of first using the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time using the account deletion feature in the app or by contacting us.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the app and sending an email notification. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
